On 2 december will Karl Lagerfeld show his new Chanel Métiers d'Art 2015-16 Collection at Schloss Leopoldskron, a Palace South of the Austrian city of Salzburg. The location, situated on a Lake, is an 18th century palace in Baroque style, that is seen as one of the most beautiful in Austria. Chanel chooses every year a special location for these shows. Previous years were the shows held in Dallas and Edinburgh. The locations of the selected shows are not random but are all connected with the history of the fashion house.
Chanel comes every year since 2002 with the Métiers d'Art collection to celebrate the craftsmanship behind the fashion house. For the collection
is worked with a special network of eleven workshops where Chanel to
linked, as Lesage for embroidery and feathers maker Lemarié. I'm curious what is going to be shown, for now we just have to wait.
